Sign-up fraud detection features

InlineShield is sign-up fraud detection for online casinos, sportsbooks and any site that gives something away at registration. Every new account is screened in real time, before it is created and before a bonus is paid, and you get a clear answer: allow, allow without the bonus, review, ask for KYC, or block.

Review queue

Doubtful sign-ups are held, not lost. Approve or reject them in the console; your site hears about it through a signed webhook (signup.approved or signup.rejected).

Smart email alerts

Emails when an attack spikes, when your integration goes silent, when the review queue backs up, when you near your quota, plus a weekly digest.

Learns from your feedback

Mark sign-ups as fraud or legitimate and InlineShield learns from it. Anything stronger than a hold needs your approval before it takes effect.

Privacy first

InlineShield does not fingerprint devices. It looks at the sign-up in front of it: the email address, the IP address, the browser's own signals and your site's earlier sign-ups.

Player emails and IP addresses are kept for screening, and the raw values are blanked after 180 days. Details are in the privacy policy and the data processing addendum.

Frequently asked questions

When does the screening happen?

During registration, before the account exists. Your server asks InlineShield for a verdict and only then creates the account, so a blocked sign-up never reaches your database or your bonus engine.

Do I need to change my registration form?

Add one script tag to the sign-up page and one check on your server. On WordPress and WooCommerce the plugin does both for you.

Which signals does InlineShield use?

The email address (aliases, disposable domains, machine-made names), the IP address (VPN, Tor, datacenter, country), the browser (headless and automation hints, time zone) and your own sign-up history. No device fingerprints.

Can I turn individual checks off?

Yes. The holds for duplicate inboxes, VPNs, time-zone mismatches and datacenter IPs each have a switch in Settings › Rules, and you can keep your own allow list of trusted domains.

Is there a free plan?

Yes: 1,000 screenings a month, with every feature. Paid plans start at $199/mo.
