What counts as a screening
One screening is one sign-up checked by InlineShield, whether it comes through the browser script and /api/v1/siteverify or through a server-only /api/v1/verify call. Test sign-ups sent from the console's Setup page don't count.
You get an email at 80% and 100% of your monthly quota. Screening carries on up to 10% over the limit; after that, checks stop until the month resets and the API answers QUOTA_EXCEEDED. The ready-made code then lets sign-ups through, as it does whenever InlineShield is unavailable, unless you've told it to refuse them.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. 1,000 screenings a month, every feature, no card needed.
Is there a free trial of a paid plan?
Yes. A new self-serve account starts with a 14-day trial of Pro (250,000 screenings a month) when our own screening passes its sign-up; other new accounts start on Free. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan, and you can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time.
How do I pay for Starter or Pro?
Paid plans are billed by invoice, for 1, 3 or 12 months in advance, payable within 14 days by bank transfer in USD. Nothing is charged automatically, and you can ask for an invoice in the console's Usage section.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, no sales call. Plans don't renew automatically: you renew by paying the next invoice.
What happens if I don’t renew?
After the paid period ends there is a 7-day grace period. If no payment is recorded by then, the account moves to the Free plan and screening carries on with 1,000 checks a month.
Do plans differ in features?
No. Every plan has every check, verdict and integration. Plans differ only in monthly volume and request rate.
What does Enterprise include?
A monthly volume set for you, a higher request rate (1,200 per minute) and terms we agree together. Email us to talk about it.
