InlineShield is a self-serve sign-up screening service, so every request goes by email. Write to the address that fits your question; for a question about your account, send it from the address you sign in with.
Support
Accounts, plans, invoices, integration questions and anything else: support@iva.am. The developer docs and the integration changelog answer most integration questions; the status page shows whether the API is up.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about personal data, and requests for access, correction or deletion: privacy@iva.am. We respond within 30 days. How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy and, for the player data operators send, the Data Processing Addendum. If you are a player, please contact the operator you registered with first.
Reporting a security vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security problem in InlineShield, email support@iva.am with "Security" in the subject. Please include what you found and the steps to reproduce it, and give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else.
- Test only against your own account; do not access, change or delete other customers' data.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests or send spam.
